The State of West Virginia WV Boiler Section (a division of Labor Safety Section) oversees all boilers and pressure vessels in the State of West Virginia. The West Virginia Boiler Inspection Program enforces standards governing the installation, operation and closure of boilers. Inspections are performed by West Virginia Boiler Section inspectors and by special (insurance company) inspectors commissioned by West Virginia to perform these boiler inspections.
