The State of Nebraska NE Boiler Section (a division of Department of Labor) oversees all boilers and pressure vessels in the State of Nebraska. The Nebraska Boiler Inspection Program enforces standards governing the installation, operation and closure of boilers. Inspections are performed by Nebraska Boiler Section inspectors and by special (insurance company) inspectors commissioned by Nebraska to perform these boiler inspections.
