Georgia Boiler Laws


The State of Georgia GA Boiler Section (a division of Fire Marshal Safety Engineering) oversees all boilers and pressure vessels in the State of Georgia. The Georgia Boiler Inspection Program enforces standards governing the installation, operation and closure of boilers. Inspections are performed by Georgia Boiler Section inspectors and by special (insurance company) inspectors commissioned by Georgia to perform these boiler inspections.
