 The State of Kansas KS Boiler Section oversees all boilers and pressure vessels in the State of Kansas. The Boiler Safety Unit is responsible for the inspection of all boilers used in
private or public businesses. Boilers and pressure vessels that fall under the Kansas Boiler Safety Act shall
be constructed to a recognized code of construction and be registered with the
